  • * WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEARCH ANY PARTICIPANT & ASK ANYONE WHO IS NOT OBSERVING THESE REGULATIONS TO LEAVE THE EVENT!

  • * Are Minors Allowed To Shows?
    All shows unless otherwise noted are 21+. Government issued ID is required of all guests, regardless of your age. School ID accepted for those under 18 years of age.

  • * When Does The Show Start?
    Typically, shows start anywhere from 15-60 minutes after the doors open depending on the number of acts.

  • * Where Can I Get Tickets?
    Tickets can be purchased online at smashmagazinepresents.eventbrite.com.

  • * When Is Your Box Office Open?
    Our Box Office is only open to the public during the event. To purchase tickets in advance, please visit SmashMagazine.com and for set times download the mobile app for live updates.

  • * Do You Have A Lost And Found?
    Please remember, we are not responsible for items lost or stolen at any Smash Magazine event. If it is valuable to you, it is probably safer at home or in your car. If you've lost an item please contact the venue directly.

  • * Can I Book An Event With You?
    Yes! We love producing & hosting events of every kind. Please contact booking@bogusproductions.com

  • * Are Food And Beverages Available?
    Depending on the event, food is not always available on site but we do have a full service bar for all 21+ with a valid ID.

  • * Is There An ATM?
    Depending on the venue, an ATM is not always available on site but we do accept credit cards for a $2 processing fee.

  • * Can I Take Photos Or Videos At The Show?
    Per artist approval. Please contact the talent's publicist or alexa@bogusproductions.com in advance

  • * Are Your Events Handicapped Accessible?
    Yes. If you require any special assistance please contact alexa@bogusproductions.com in advance

  • * Is There Re-Entry?
    No re-entry will be allowed to control our capacity. Once you leave the event your ticket is no longer valid. If you need to re-enter, depending on the event you may be able to purchase a wristband for a small fee that will allow unlimited entry for the rest of the event. Please check with the box office when you arrive.

  • * What Can I Bring
    Permitted Indoors: Small purse bag, Portable phone chargers, Sealed over-the-counter medications, card and/or cash. Permitted Outdoors: (1) factory sealed water bottle (up to 1 liter), sunscreen, blankets, (1) medium-sized backpack and Non-Professional cameras.

    ABSOLUTELY NO: Outside food/beverages, coolers, butane, weapons (with or without a permit), large or framed bags/backpacks, illegal substances, blow horns, balloons, umbrellas, lawn chairs, tents, professional cameras & equipment, drones, Selfie-Sticks, Go Pros, Tripods, laser pens, water guns, face masks, unauthorized vending/handouts, concessions, merchandise, literature of promotions, and pets with exception of service animals.
