WHAT IS YOUR AGE LIMIT?
Backstage Bar is 21+ and you MUST have a Valid Government ID with a photo and birth date to enter our building. NO refunds if you lost or forgot it, all sales are final. Fremont Country Club varies. If an event allows Minors it will be noted on our calendar and the ticket link otherwise the venue is 21+ due to our strict DTLV location.
HOW DO I RESERVE A BILLIARDS TABLE?
Although it's in our name... WE ARE NOT A BILLIARDS HALL! You can always check the calendar to see what each event entails! IE: Live Music, Billiards, Food Trucks, etc. If what you are looking for is not listed, it will NOT be provided during the event but is always subject to change based on demand and the Promoter's Event Permit.

WHAT ARE YOUR SAFETY PROTOCOLS?
Our Security Team has the right to turn anyone away that appears to be sick OR intoxicated and should head home to rest! Our Restrooms have attendants to assist where needed and offer urgent supplies.
WHAT VIP UPGRADES DO YOU OFFER?
Add-ons and packages are at the discretion of the Promoter. Some Artists may offer Ticketless Experiences & Merchandise separately.
WHAT ITEMS ARE ALLOWED INSIDE?
All guests are subject to be searched. If Security has a concern with your appearance and/or items, they have the right to turn you away.
DO YOU HAVE A LOST & FOUND?
You are responsible for your personal items! If you accidentally left your ID, Credit Card or something valuable behind then we suggest returning in person during event hours and check with management upon arrival. We keep all lost items behind the bar for up to 1 week.
DO YOU VALIDATE PARKING?
You can find us on the corner of 6th and Fremont in the East Entertainment District! Parking is available in the surrounding areas for a nominal fee. The City of Las Vegas does NOT offer validation.
ADA, MEDIA & OTHER SPECIAL NEEDS
We are a Standing Room Venue that is wheelchair accessible. ADA Seating is always first come, first served. No professional audio, video, or photo recording equipment without approved credentials. All special needs including media requests must be submitted to alexa@backstagebarlv.com 24 hours in advance for approval.
BUSINESS HOURS & SET TIMES
If you are visiting from out of state, take note that all events listed are in Pacific Standard Time. Hours are subject to change due to delays and technical difficulties. The Promoter and Talent are responsible for sharing set times. We advertise when doors open and close only.
CUSTOM MARQUEE & MERCHANDISE
Have your custom message placed on our Marquee and come see it in-person for your own photo-op that is perfect for Birthdays, Weddings, Anniversaries, Proposals and more! Note: each panel has 3 lines and can hold up to 20 letters (including spacing) per line. Once the deposit has been paid and lettering has been approved by management, then we would schedule a mutually agreed upon date for a 24 hour display. You can also take home a piece of our venue with you by ordering merchandise for pick-up at the venue only!
